Don't need to lose weight? The formula also works for becoming a better athlete! The photo on the left below is what it looks like when you have attempted a Platinum Rig for hours without success. In 2015 I had 2 BattleFrog races where I spent 8 and 10 hours on the course each. The 10 hour course was the first time that I had ever lost my band. I was pulled from the course with the finish line in sight because the last bus was leaving the property and I couldn't get through the last Platinum Rig. I have since then applied Master Yoda's lesson to "do... there is no try!' and committed to consistent training to ensure that I would conquer the 2016 rigs instead of waiting again to try and see if I would get them. The reward of the consistent commitment can be seen in the video to the right of the photo.
