So you’re an OCR addict, but your spouse, significant other or crush is not? Uh oh! How could you possibly get your crazy OCR training in and still have enough time to spend with bae? Better yet, how do you convince them to get on this crazy journey with you? Here are 3 fun ways to get your boo ready for battle without even knowing it!
1) Rock Climbing Dates
Rock climbing is one of the most effective forms of grip and pull strength training. It also happens to be a ton of fun! It doesn’t really feel like a workout, but can make significant contributions to your performance on the course!
2) Healthy Romantic Dinner Nights
A fitness transformation is 80% nutrition! Surprise your significant other by preparing a special healthy dinner! Not only will they love the gesture, it could spark a healthy eating habit in them that will make your clean eating journey easier. Clean eating is much more likely when your date isn’t eating deep fried donut double bacon half pound cheeseburgers (I hope that doesn’t exist…) around you!

However, a scenic bike ride by the lakefront or on some forest trails on Sundays can be a great way to keep active and get your significant other started on their journey slowly!
